We have a strict quality control team. We use CDA 2000 to test the quality of our CDs. CDA2000 CD-R Duplication Analyzer is designed specifically for fast, easy, and comprehensive CD and CD-R testing at speeds up to 24X. The machine can test CD-ROM, CD-Rs, CD-RWs, CD-I, and CD-Audio.

During the production, we will use the CDA2000 to test the Master CD-R that is provided by customers, CDs after replication and printing, CDs after cutting, to make sure the CDs are working properly. This can assure the quality of our products and give a good satisfaction to our customers. Using Eclipse machine to test our quality of Stamper that is crucial to the whole production process, we make sure the quality is at its best at each step of procedure.

Before shipment finished goods to our customers, we believe using human testing is necessary for dust or tiny scratch in the CD, which might occur during the cutting process. This can assure the best quality of the CD without any error.
